What data we collect
Free calculator. No registration and no personal data: your inputs stay in your browser's local storage.
Account and PRO area. If you create an account we process: email, name or business name, password (stored encrypted by our authentication provider), registration and last access dates, active plan, and the data you enter in the PRO area (quotes, orders, customers, inventory, your business details and logo).
Why and on what basis
We use this data only to provide the service you requested (performance of a contract), to manage your account and to reply to you. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Your customers' data
If you enter your customers' data in the PRO area, you are the controller of that data: we store it on your behalf only so you can use the service. The site administrator sees your account details (email, name, plan, dates) and the number of saved items, not their content.
Payments
PRO subscriptions are sold and collected by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), acting as reseller (Merchant of Record) and independent controller of the data needed for payment. You enter card and billing details directly with Paddle and they don't reach us: we only receive what's needed to manage the subscription (email, subscription status and expiry, country).
Where data is stored
Accounts and PRO data are managed through Supabase, Inc. on servers in the European Union (Ireland). The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which may log technical data such as IP address, date and time of requests for security purposes. These providers act as processors under their own terms; any transfers outside the EU take place with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Cookies and browser storage
We don't use profiling, advertising or third-party analytics cookies. Browser storage is used only to run the calculator and keep you signed in. When you start a payment, Paddle's checkout is loaded and may use technical cookies needed to complete the purchase securely.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and data at any time from your area or by writing to us.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, or object to processing, by writing to info@costmy3dprint.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or your local authority.
