Terms of service
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
1. Who we are
CostMy3DPrint ("we") is the online service at costmy3dprint.com for calculating costs and managing 3D printing work. Contact: info@costmy3dprint.com. By using the website you accept these Terms.
2. The service
The free calculator is available without registration. The PRO area, for registered users with an active subscription, offers quotes, PDFs, orders, customers, inventory and advanced calculation features. We may improve, change or add features over time.
3. Accounts
You must be of legal age and able to enter into a contract, or act on behalf of a business you are authorised to represent. You agree to provide a valid email address and keep your password safe. You can delete your account and data at any time from your area.
4. PRO subscription, payments and renewal
PRO costs €10 per month on the monthly plan or €100 per year on the yearly plan (equal to two months free), VAT included (taxes may vary by country and are shown at checkout). The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Payment, invoicing, taxes and renewals are handled by Paddle.com under the Paddle Buyer Terms, which you accept at checkout.
You can cancel at any time via the link in Paddle's receipt email or by writing to us: the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period and then does not renew. If a payment fails, PRO access may be suspended until it is resolved. Price changes will be announced in advance and apply from the next renewal.
5. Refunds
You can request a refund within 30 days of payment, as described in our Refund policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully. In particular you may not: use it for illegal or fraudulent activities; upload or generate unlawful, offensive or infringing content; attempt to access other users' data or unauthorised areas; interfere with, overload or scrape the website; copy, resell or reverse engineer the software, except as permitted by law.
7. Your content and your customers' data
The data you enter in the PRO area remains yours: you only grant us the right to store and process it to provide the service. You are responsible for its accuracy and, if you enter your customers' personal data, for having a legal basis to process it. For this data we act on your behalf, as described in the privacy policy.
8. Intellectual property
The website, software, the CostMy3DPrint brand, design and texts belong to CostMy3DPrint or their respective owners. A subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service. Printer and filament trademarks belong to their owners.
9. Estimates and liability
Calculator results are estimates based on the values you enter; filament and printer prices and power use are indicative. Pricing decisions remain yours. The service is provided "as is": we do our best to keep it available and accurate but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit; statutory consumer rights and liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence are not affected.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms or use that puts the service or other users at risk, informing you where possible. You can stop using the service at any time.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms, for example for new features or legal requirements. Important changes will be announced on the website or by email before they take effect.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence. For any issue please write to info@costmy3dprint.com first.
